ABOUT

I am delighted to share my love of yoga and help my students gain better posture, emotional health and overall enhanced wellbeing. 
 
Having trained under outstanding practitioners,leading experts and authors Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer, I have blended elements of Vinyasa Flow, Qigong and restorative yoga to create a class where movement is connected with the breath. This enables the body to experience an internal dialogue which draws upon the body’s wisdom enabling the student to go beyond perceived limitations and enjoy a deeper, safer practice.​​
